“Nurturing Environment”, really now, but for who?

The city of Goodettsville, TN has opted out of a gun law that will allow guns in city parks and public areas, so they can maintain,as Mayor John Finch has done.

Well,isn't that just nice, I am sure the criminals will appreciate the nurturing environment,where the folks in the parks will not be able to shoot back when being raped or mugged.
