Scotland crime on the rise, blame the beer.

Scotland and England crime rate is on the rise again, and again we are all surprised. Scotland's crime rate has risen by 27% alone,even thought guns,any knives for defensive/offensive use,and other useful form of self-defense have been banned. The Scottish government are blaming the large amounts of alcohol and culture of young people for the rise in violence, and plan to enact government programs.
